While the cats away, the mice will play...

For the past couple of days, my parents have been out of the house, leaving me all to my lonesome - and to my own free will. Eh, yeah, quite a dangerous thing at times, especially when I'm moving out in a week and really have nothing to lose.

Well, seeing as how I'm just about the best teen you can find these days (I never said the best, I just said that I was one of them. Don't get that part wrong) and don't party, I really can't get in to too much trouble. And that's when you get creative. :)

Last night, at approximately 9:49 pm, Ms. Baylee and I decided that the ice cream in Tooele just wasn't up to par and that the prospects of finding a delicious cup of ice cream were MUCH higher in Salt Lake and that we should probably head in, if we knew what was good for us. So, after scouting out people to come with us, we drove in with Sadie Palmer and Zac Clausing. We ended up at Baskin Robbins, and if you really must know, I got two scoops of World Renown Chocolate, or something like that, I can't actually remember the name, to tell you the truth. Anyways, point is, we went in for ice cream, got back just before midnight for those who still have curfew.

Baylee and I, being the party mongers that we are, decided that the night was still young and she joined me at my house for the evening. I'm not really sure how this next incident happend but... Somehow, she and I ended up on a safari. Yes, a safari. Don't ask because I'm not sure that I can explain, to be quite honest. Finally, at about... Oh, I don't know... 3 am this morning, she finally allowed me to fall asleep because, as it turns out, she needed to be home at 8 to ride her horse!

And that, I do believe, is a fairly full account of how my night went last night. Now, don't get me wrong, I've done plenty of other things while my parents have been gone but... This just happened last night so it sticks out. Perhaps I'll update the rest later? I don't know, I guess we'll see where the wind blows me!! :)
